Your Airship can still be used to travel through the sea, keep going west until you see an event. Make your way back to Frostpeak Passage (by going through Eternia). In the center of the Sea of Corsairs is a massive ship. You will be in the second floor again, by the center, and another apparition will come to speak of its torment.
